What is the process of booking a holiday home?
- Submit a booking request. Once you do this, you will receive an email with details on how to secure your stay.
- Pay the Deposit: To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit (including a $200 service fee) must be paid within 2 days of receiving the booking request confirmation. Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit is received.
- Pay the Balance: The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to your stay (or 90 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). If the balance isn’t received on time, management may cancel the booking.
- Complete the Guest Registration Form with all guest details, photo ID, and credit card for the security bond.
- Receive Access Instructions: Once your payment and registration are complete, you will receive your access codes and instructions for entry to the property.
How do I cancel/modify my booking?
As soon as you know you want to cancel or modify your booking with us, please call us on +61 7 5592 3881 and confirm in writing.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
At Elite Holiday Homes, we understand that sometimes plans can change, which is why we have a cancellation and refund policy. Your initial deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. In saying this, if you have paid the full balance:
- Cancellations made within 30 days of your stay (or 90 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) are non-refundable unless the property is re-let for the same dates at the same rate.
- If the property is re-let in full, you will receive a refund less the $200 service fee.
- If the property is partly re-let or at a lower rate, a proportional refund may be issued, less the $200 service fee.
- If the property is not re-let, no refund is provided.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am.
Are we allowed to bring pets?
Pets may be allowed at selected properties, but only with prior written approval and an increased bond.
Can I have visitors during my stay?
Yes, visitors are allowed during the day, but they must comply with all house rules. Overnight stays for visitors are not permitted without prior approval. Visitor numbers are capped at 10 at any one time unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any of our properties.
